I have one 1:1 coaching spot available on a month-to-month basis that includes four 45 min Zoom calls per month and daily chat (Mon-Fri) via Messenger.

The framework I use starts with my signature Energy Audit process, then is intuitively guided as I respond to you, the actual human client--nothing cookie cutter applies here.  Some modalities we may use include: written journal prompts, verbal journaling, visualization, and future being.

My only goal is to guide you on your unique path to uncover and walk out your purpose, support you in hitting your goals, while addressing any fears or limiting beliefs that may come up along the way.

Be prepared to come to our sessions ready to dive in to the most impactful work you can do in life: becoming. 

You will have honework (my version of homework) in between sessions that should be done in order to maximize the impact of our work together.  

This is the most intensive and customizable way to work with me.  Because it’s 1:1, I’m responding to your specific needs and giving you individualized support.
